With the sun blazing and our project board even hotter, July came in fast and left no time for a breather. From back-to-back shoot days to new site launches and a 13-mile charity walk under blue skies, the pace was full-on (occasionally fuelled by ice cream).
We rallied on the padel court, played sous chef at Chewton Glen, and raised funds and heart rates for Amelia’s Rainbow. All this while delivering our usual dose of digital dynamism. From drone shots of the pergola to software dives, and a sponge cake stealing the show, this month has brought memorable moves and moments.
Sunglasses on. Your July roundup starts here 👇

Website Launches
The Statsman
The Statsman is a mobile-first platform designed for football punters. It offers features such as a custom Betting Calculator, exclusive rewards, and live statistics from over 60 leagues. Founder Members are already kicking off with early access ahead of the full August launch.
Lincoln Bowls
Lincoln IBC’s new website puts one of the UK’s biggest bowls clubs online. It captures their scale, achievements, and full trophy cabinet. From event listings to rink booking info, it’s now easier than ever for members and visitors to stay in the loop.
STAC
We helped STAC level up with a sharp, confident site that showcases their global benchmark tools and financial summit events in a new light. Built for high-performance firms that want insight, speed, and no-nonsense delivery.
Synaptics Renewables
Synaptics' refreshed site reflects their real-world expertise in mechanical, electrical, and renewables. Clear messaging, clean navigation, and a no-fuss user journey give prospects exactly what they need, without the waffle.
GoSolar
We turned GoSolarCompare into a lead-gen machine. The new site offers a smooth quote process, clear installer information, and verified MCS credentials. This helps businesses and homeowners make confident decisions about solar power.

Client Focus
Harbour View & Radio Wimborne
While shooting new promo content at Harbour View Crematorium, we worked with the amazing Dickie Hart. He’s a celebrant and funeral director, as well as the host of Drive Time with Dickie on Radio Wimborne. The shoot went off without a hitch (and with perfect weather), and a few days later, we were treated to a glowing on-air shoutout:
“What have I been up to today? Well, I was doing a bit of promotional work, some filming with a company called b4b Media. They're a digital marketing company based in Poole, and I was working with Matt, Dani, Connor — great team — had quite a giggle… If anyone needs someone that's in digital marketing that can put together your websites, your social media, and things like that, do give them a call. Local company based in Poole”
We’ll take that endorsement any day. Thanks again, Dickie, keep those airwaves warm for us!
Col-Tec
Col-Tec required a digital presence that reflected their global reach. We delivered two distinct WordPress sites, one for UK/global audiences and one tailored to the North American market. Each came complete with custom 3D globe mapping, SEO support, and smarter lead capture. With installs in over 80 countries, their reach is global, and now their strategy is too.
My Carry Potty
When My Carry Potty’s PPC performance stalled, they called us in. What followed was a full-funnel refresh, which resulted in a 62% revenue increase and significant efficiency gains. Parenting is messy, but marketing doesn’t have to be.

Pet Social
Pet Social is about to become the social space for pets and their people. We kicked things off with a teaser campaign full of purrs, tail wags, and clever content. Built to delight animal lovers and intrigue early adopters, this one’s going to have serious bite.

Prostar Energy @ Meon Springs
This case study focused on a 105 kWp solar installation that generated over £17,600 in annual savings. With clean visuals and a glowing testimonial from Meon Springs Farm, the project shows how Prostar delivers serious ROI. 51% in just two years, to be exact!

Workiversaries
Emma Pawling
Over seven years at b4b, Emma moved from CMS wizard to Marketing Delivery Manager. Her journey is a testament to her growth, strong leadership, and exceptional scheduling skills. When she’s not keeping projects on track, you’ll find her at the family beach hut, paddle boarding, or mastering the hula hoop.
KC Shaw
KC’s been levelling up our marketing team for four brilliant years. Whether it’s flawless design or lightning-fast development support, her skills are second to none. And yes, we’re still in awe of her completing F-Zero GX. Only the hardest racing game ever made.
Toby McConnell
Toby’s two-year milestone as Senior Account Manager comes with a big impact. He’s a strategic pro, a mountain bike enthusiast, and a devoted dad who somehow manages to juggle it all. No matter whether he’s chasing deadlines or chasing after his daughter at Camp Bestival.
Chrissie Williams
One year in, and Chrissie’s become our go-to for all things social. She’s helped clients smash engagement goals and once jumped out of a plane for charity. No challenge too big, no campaign too small; she tackles it all with energy and heart.
Mark Newbury
Mark’s first year as Web Designer & Project Manager has flown by. He’s calm, capable, and a trivia buff for all things Jurassic Park (clever girl). He’s played a key role in launching major sites and boasts an impressive record with Percy Pigs.
Nicole Dewar
In just 12 months, Nicole has become a cornerstone of our client services team. Her background with major brands shines through in every campaign. When she’s not volunteering in her local RSPCA rehoming shelter, she’s renovating houses or cuddling her cat, Jade.
Here's to the legends who keep b4b ticking, and to many more milestones to come. Want to work with this lovely lot? We’re hiring . . . 😉

Seasonal Spotlight
Croquet with EA Solent at Chewton Glen
Toby took part in the EA Solent Croquet Morning at the stunning Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa. He enjoyed the sunshine, the strategy, and his neatly pressed shirt. From expert tuition to a Pimms-fuelled tournament, it was a hit of networking with a competitive twist.
b4b Padel & Après Provence
Team b4b swapped desks for doubles at East Dorset Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club. With questionable serves and plenty of laughs, we toasted teamwork with Après Provence rosé under the Friday sun. A little sport, a little sip, a lot of fun.
Cooking Up Connections at Chewton Glen
More Chewton Glen magic! Toby joined The Executive Association for an afternoon at the Cookery School. He prepped paella, sipped sangria, and swapped stories with other members. A recipe for good vibes (and even better networking).

Charity Events
30,000 Steps for Amelia’s Rainbow
Twelve of us took on a 13-mile walk from Bournemouth Pier to Hengistbury Head, with each clocking over 30,000 steps in blazing heat! Why? To raise funds for Amelia’s Rainbow, our charity of the year. The pizza from Hot Rocks was well earned, but the smiles from our community partners were the real reward.
Whether it’s walking, winning, or wine-ing down, summer’s been a great excuse to connect, give back, and get outside.
Like what you’ve seen? If we’ve worked together recently and you’re loving the results, we’d be genuinely chuffed if you left us a quick review. It takes just a minute, but it makes a massive difference.
