September has a habit of turning up fashionably late, then trying to make up for lost time all at once. The school run traffic came back with a vengeance, London Fashion Week swept through the capital in a blur of oversized sunglasses, and the autumn equinox quietly flicked the switch on shorter days and jumper weather.

At b4b, we marked the new season by getting properly stuck in. Two brilliant new clients joined the fold, our media team went hunting for oysters on Poole Quay, fresh websites went live, and one of our own quietly clocked up another year with the team.

Here's everything we launched, learned and celebrated in the September 2026 Roundup. 👇

Website Launches

2 Brothers Concrete & Pumping

Run by brothers Liam and Callum, 2 Brothers Concrete & Pumping brings over 30 years of combined experience to driveways, extensions and large-scale commercial pours across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Built by KC, their new website gives homeowners and contractors a proper look at their services, fleet, case studies, and more. Straightforward, well-built, and every bit as reliable as the concrete they pour.

Phoenix Dispute Resolution

Phoenix Dispute Resolution brings together mediators, divorce coaches, collaborative lawyers, arbitrators and financial neutrals from across Dorset and Hampshire, all working to help families resolve disputes without the stress and cost of court. Built by Matt, their new site puts this collective front and centre, making it simple for anyone going through a difficult family situation to find the right practitioner for their circumstances. A sensitive subject handled with a clear, calm design.

Client Focus

New Client: Hurn Recycling

We're delighted to welcome Hurn Recycling on board. As Dorset's largest independent waste and recycling company, now expanding into Devon too, they've spent over 25 years helping businesses across retail, hospitality, construction and healthcare manage their waste sustainably. We're looking forward to supporting their next chapter of growth.

New Client: Saxton Scaffolding

Hot on the heels of their new website launch in August, the team at Saxton Scaffolding have now come on board as a full client. This family-run scaffolder has over 20 years' experience across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex, and we're proud to be helping them build on the momentum from their site launch.

Testimonial Spotlight: Southampton Freight Services

A brilliant five-star review landed this month from Southampton Freight Services, who worked with our media team on an animated video and a set of staff headshots for their website. They described the whole experience as thoroughly enjoyable, with plenty more planned together for the future. It's exactly the kind of long-term partnership we love to build.

Media

Pennyfarthing at Danes Park

Our media team were back out on location this month, this time at Danes Park, creating fresh content for Pennyfarthing Homes. The shoot covered the development and its surrounding grounds, giving the team a good mix of photography and video to work with. Another great excuse to get the cameras rolling and capture a brand in its natural habitat.

Add Agility

We also produced a new batch of photography and video for Agile, DevOps and AI consultancy, Add Agility, giving them fresh content to use across their website and social channels. It's exactly the kind of boost a growing consultancy needs, a strong library of assets to draw on for months of posts, pages and campaigns ahead, rather than relying on the same handful of images on repeat.

Photography Spotlight: Outlaw House

Good brand photography should do more than make something look attractive. It should help tell the story behind it. For Outlaw House in Canford Cliffs, that meant a trip down to Poole Quay with Dorset Oysters, one of the local suppliers whose produce ends up on the restaurant's tables.

Our team spent the day capturing the oyster beds, the people who tend them, and the link between harbour, produce and finished plate. It's a great example of how the right photography can bring provenance, people and place together in a way that feels genuine, right in time for what's been a record-breaking launch for the restaurant.

Workiversaries

Jasmine Lawrence (3 Years)

Three years ago, Jasmine walked into b4b and started running client accounts with the same precision she brings to am-dram productions: nothing left to chance, everything cued exactly on time. Budgets shift, briefs change halfway through and deadlines move without warning, and while the rest of us might call that chaos, Jasmine calls it Tuesday. She's simply rehearsed for it. Three years in, the accounts are thriving, the clients are happy, and we suspect she's already three scenes ahead of whatever comes next. Happy Workiversary, Jasmine!

Curious who else makes up the b4b crew? Our team page has all the faces and roles in one place.

Seasonal Events

Making a Difference Outside of the Office

Everyone at b4b gets a volunteering day, and Abbie swapped her desk for the great outdoors this month with Dorset Wildlife Trust.

Armed with gloves and plenty of enthusiasm, she spent the day chopping wood and getting stuck into some hands-on conservation work. A very different kind of working day, and a brilliant way to give something back while spending a bit of time out in nature.

September brought new clients through the door, a launch worth talking about at Outlaw House, and the kind of team culture that makes a workiversary genuinely worth celebrating. If we've been part of your story this year too, we'd love to hear about it:

Thinking about a new project as we head into autumn? Perhaps your SEO needs sharpening, you're after branded workwear or packaging to see out the season, or you're ready to take a first step into AI and automation. Whatever it is, we're happy to talk it through. Give us a call on 01202 684400 or send a message through our contact form to get started.

See all of you in October!
