Tilley is the boss. Born in Zambia, he moved to England as a schoolboy and soon found himself playing professional football for various South coast teams and in the South African Premier League. He started b4b almost 20 years ago and we still have clients from those early days. The ultimate people person, he loves to socialise and if he's not in the office, he's probably on the golf course or playing his guitar. Dad to twins, he keeps fit chasing them around or cycling around the Dorset countryside.
