Poole-based digital marketing agency b4b are this month celebrating as they have taken on another office to meet increasing client demand and growth in staff numbers.
The two storey, 2,200 square foot office is adjacent to their existing office of the same size on the Albany Business Park in Poole and will house the agency’s software and web teams.
The agency, founded by Anthony Tilley in 2008, has gone from strength to strength and now employs over 60 staff across the two offices in Poole and one office in Sosnowiec, Poland.
As well as specialising in software development and website design and build, the agency has a 23 strong marketing team with specialists covering SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, photography, video, animation, design and print – all co-ordinated by a team of experienced account managers.
The agency also offers branded promotional products and corporate workwear. In fact, this is how the business originally started by providing sports clothing and logo design to businesses across Dorset and beyond as Anthony explains:
“We were working with a lot of businesses designing logos and clothing, and we started to view their websites and realised that we could actually do a lot better! So we employed a group of Polish web developers who were living in Bournemouth at the time to form Bespoke 4 Business. After a couple of years, they decided to move back to Poland, but we kept the relationship going by opening our own office out there, and fifteen years later, we’re still going strong, albeit we’ve shortened the name to just b4b!”.
Having the office in Poland is a jewel in the crown for b4b as it means that clients can pay comparatively lower hourly rates but receive expert advice and the latest technological know-how.
“We’re unique for a marketing agency as we have both the technical development team in-house as well as marketing experts – it’s rare to find this under one roof; it’s usually one or the other. This allows us to provide the full marketing service to our clients from designing their website, developing their software to run their business and then taking their product or service to market and helping them raise their profile and generate leads”.
The agency, which has a results-focussed approach and prides itself on generating quality leads for clients, has continued to expand its marketing services and now counts some of the region’s leading businesses as clients including Broadview Shading Solutions, W&S Recycling, Town & Country Communications, Cobra RIBs, Prokil, Lester Brunt Wealth Management, Jade Aden, Charles Trent, Trade Price Conservatories and A-One Insurance.

In terms of turnover and staff count, b4b are one of Dorset’s largest agencies – in the last 2 years alone, they have almost doubled their turnover and staff count. As testament to this growth, they won B2B Business of the Year at the Poole Business Awards last year and have also been voted one of the South’s Top 100 companies to work for.
