This platform enables users to set up accounts containing their life stories, funeral wishes, and pre-set voice and e-messages, ensuring that their legacy lives on through BeyondMe.

BeyondMe required a robust, user-friendly CMS system to facilitate the creation, management, and activation of interactive profiles. The platform needed to support both free and paid accounts, with certain access and features restricted to premium users.

Key functionalities included the ability for users to populate profiles with photos, bios, life events, and funeral wishes, as well as record and schedule voice notes and e-messages to send only when the account is activated. Additionally, the system needed to be able to process secure payments and a nominee activation process.

The new quote management software developed for SFS includes several key features that cater to the unique needs of the freight forwarding industry:

Free and Premium Accounts:

Users can sign up for free or premium accounts, with payments processed securely through the website via Stripe integration. Premium accounts unlock additional features, enhancing the user experience.

Profile customisation

Users can personalise their profiles with photos, biographies, life events, funeral wishes, and stories.

Pre-recorded voice and e-messages:

Users can pre-record voice messages and compose e-messages that can be scheduled for future delivery to chosen recipients via email.

Nominee codes

Users can select up to five nominees who receive unique codes to activate the account after the user’s death. This secure activation process ensures that the user’s wishes are respected, and profiles are appropriately managed.

Donate now button:

Each profile includes a "Donate Now" button linked to the user's chosen charity. This feature allows for ongoing contributions, extending the user's charitable impact beyond their lifetime.

Fully editable CMS

The CMS allows BeyondMe’s administrators to fully edit and update content as needed. This flexibility ensures that website content can evolve over time.
