We’ve built a really great relationship with the team at TeamJobs over the years, so when they came to the decision that their old site needed a revamp, they knew they wanted to work with us to get it done. Thanks to b4b’s in-house web design, web development, and media teams, they could work with the same company across all project areas–this would mean a much smoother and quicker journey.
what did we do?
While the b4b web design and development team worked hard to get the new TeamJobs website looking better than its ever done before, the client sat down with their fantastic Account Manager to come up with ideas on how the website could help them to show browsers who they are on a more personal level.
They came up with the idea of a team photoshoot, with the photos showing the team members on a professional level and a personal level. Before the photoshoot, the TeamJobs team were tasked with thinking about props that would really showcase one of their personal interests – from sporting gear to books.
On the day, the b4b media team went to the TeamJobs office to carry out the photoshoot. TeamJobs were really impressed with how approachable and clear the media team were – both in terms of their knowledge and their ability to direct people through the photoshoot. Everyone felt comfortable enough to ask questions and really relaxed into the shoot.
the result
Everyone at TeamJobs were super-happy with their photos. The About Us section of the website has been completely rejuvenated with animated profiles that bring personality to the TeamJobs team. In addition to the About Us section, the whole website has seen a spruce up, with a fantastic improvement on user experience and utilisation and representation of the TeamJobs brand.
