photography (on-location photoshoot)
Well-known property agents, Martin & Co, came to b4b when they wanted fresh new imagery to use on their website, social campaigns and upcoming marketing materials.
Our media team planned and orchestrated a two-day shoot across two different locations. Though we worked directly with Martin & Co’s Ashley Cross branch, the images we created will be used nationwide and across their website and other marketing materials.
We met with Yulia and Kate, the Group Marketing Director, to discuss their requirements for the shoot, and the desired look and feel of the images. They provided us with some example shots they like, as well as a mood board and a shot list with some specific requirements. From there, we created a brief which we sent to them for approval.
Once the brief was signed off, we set to work planning the shoot. Based on Martin & Co’s requirements and desired aesthetic, we hand selected ten models from our catalogue that we felt would best suit the shoot. We required models to feature as both Martin & Co staff and homebuyers.
Serving as the shoot’s director, Matt was on hand to coordinate shots, offer feedback, and ensure that the client was kept informed and happy at every step. He worked closely with our two experienced photographers, Connor and Charlotte.
During the course of the two days, we shot across two different locations. One was the office and the other was a staged property.
The client required all images to be at 300 dpi, so we factored this into the editing process and adapted each image accordingly. We provided Kate with access to her own private online gallery, where she was able to select her favourites for editing. The final product was 270 beautifully edited images across the 18 different scenarios the client had requested.
The feel of the final images is very contemporary, fresh and light, which is exactly what was in our initial brief.
It’s brilliant to see the images being used across their marketing materials and Kate has said that she is thrilled with the final results.
