DigitalAir Wireless provide a range of end-to-end network connectivity solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications. With over 15 years’ experience in designing, building, and managing wireless networks, these WiFi wizards required a website that showcased their business in an instant, communicating with the customer with the same speed, strength, and precision of that of their wireless connection services.
That’s where we came in! DigitalAir approached b4b with the task of creating a website and animated explainer video that outlined their unique holiday park sector services as one of the leading providers of Direct To Van (DTV) solutions. They required content that defined their complex networking solutions and made them instantly more digestible for the customer.
Our Web team set out on a full website redesign, completely altering any existing material in order to enhance the user experience and direct traffic towards the key focus areas that the client had outlined.
Knowing that an explainer video was also underway in our media department, our clever web team were careful to ensure that the website would possess the same clarity and visual engagement, and even integrated simple animated designs into the website pages too.
The website was stripped back and simplified, making it more user-friendly and allowing their complex services to be properly presented. With a focus on clear navigation, concise content, and refined designs, the new website improved the site’s accessibility entirely.
To support the launch of their new website, DigitalAir wanted to enrich the content for each of their core service sectors with animated videos; each clearly explaining their services and the various options available to their customers. The first of these videos was designed to explain their holiday park sector services and would also feature a logo animation to tie the production in with their existing company branding.
With the responsibility of bringing a client’s vision to life, our media team are always careful to gather a full and thorough understanding of the client’s company, branding, and business motivations during the planning process.
It was important to DigitalAir for the video material to appeal to a wide range of clients, from small, independent holiday parks to renowned establishments. Once the aims were clear, our team were able to advise on the creative direction and begin the pre-production phase.
Due to the nature of this distribution, facilitating silent autoplay for use on social media channels was crucial. Our team were quickly able to identify that full broadcasting rights would be needed for the professional voiceover and supporting music in order to allow the client to distribute the material internationally - a key factor that the client was pleased to have been made aware of having failed to be notified of this on a previous project by another production house.
The process was complex but from start to finish, our brilliant team were on hand. Our resident copywriter worked with the client to create a working script for the voiceover and, once finalised, a visual storyboard was produced accordingly. The core production combined a blend of stock footage, aerial drone shots and custom 2D animation sequences created by our in-house animation team, supported with a professional voiceover recording, royalty-free music, on-brand visual captions and tailored intro and outro sequences.
The DigitalAir Wireless team were involved all along the way and invited to watch the first cut and offer their feedback. The team made any necessary revisions, eager to ensure that the final product exceeded expectations, yet still managed to complete the project within a limited time frame.
At b4b, we’re proud to have a diverse range of specialists in-house, allowing our team to manage the full process and work together to ensure excellence at every stage. To find out more or speak to one of our team, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us today on 01202 684400.
