peer2peer is the UK’s fastest-growing peer network for business leaders and entrepreneurs. They facilitate monthly 'Boards' where Members share ideas, expand their knowledge, and receive coaching to improve their businesses.
Seeking to streamline their operations, peer2peer approached b4b following a recommendation. Their goal was to develop a custom app and system that would make session information easily accessible to Members, digitise paper processes, such as onboarding Chairs and Members, as well as help peer2peer monitor Member attendance and record session data.
Developing a member management app for peer2peer came with several unique challenges:
- The app needed to support multiple user flows (Chairs and Members) in one app each with distinct permissions and visibility settings.
- a large volume of user information needed to be collected, stored securely, and made easily accessible for peer2peer.
- As peer2peer grows, the app needs to handle increasing numbers of users, Boards, and data records.
Key Features & Functionalities
Since launch, peer2peer’s member management app has helped to reduce administration time for peer2peer by streamlining critical processes such as onboarding Chairs and Members, tracking attendance, and tracking R.A.P sheet and task completion.
Data collection has also been significantly improved, ensuring that all relevant user information is stored and easily accessible and exportable through a centralised system. This allows peer2peer to maintain a comprehensive and well-organised record of Member participation and engagement, whilst improving overall accountability within the network.
With a structured and automated approach, Chairs now have better visibility into their Boards and Members than ever before, whilst Members now have a way of viewing Board information with ease and tracking their to-do list.
By leveraging this custom technology, peer2peer has strengthened its ability to scale its network whilst maintaining streamlined, data-driven oversight of its growing community of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
