Luxury Care have been managing six luxury care homes across Poole and Bournemouth for over 20 years. They provide care to older people facing a range of challenges, including dementia and complex medical issues.
In 2022, Luxury Care came to b4b looking to reach more people who could benefit from their exceptional care. Through in-depth consultations, weekly meetings, and ongoing support, we created a rock-solid strategy for improving their online presence. This included revamping their website, optimising it for search engines (SEO), launching targeted Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad campaigns, creating engaging media content, and more.
Originally, Luxury Care had multiple websites - one for each care home and another for the company itself. This wasn't ideal for users who wanted to easily browse all their care homes and services, as they needed to navigate through dozens of (often duplicated) pages.
In early 2023, we consolidated all of their content into a single, user-friendly website with around 50 pages. The rebuilt website made it easier for visitors to find what they needed, while preventing the separate sites from competing against each other.
We also put Luxury Care in the driver's seat with our web support tool, which let them easily request changes and updates to their website whenever needed.
Along with rebuilding the site, we focused on optimising it for SEO to improve its search engine rankings and reach a wider audience. We achieved this by creating keyword-optimised content (including blog posts and service pages) and by refining technical elements like meta tags and schemas. Our efforts paid off, with Luxury Care’s website achieving number one and first-page rankings for over a dozen high-traffic local keywords!
After conducting keyword and target audience analysis, we launched multiple PPC campaigns on Google and Facebook. Our ads targeted high-volume keywords relevant to the care home industry and local searches, so they could get in front of people actively looking for the services offered by Luxury Care.
By tracking key metrics and performing A/B testing, we were able to continually optimise ad performance to better resonate with their target market.
Authentic testimonials are worth their weight in gold when it comes to something as personal as care, which is why we visited several Luxury Care facilities to capture video testimonials for their YouTube channel and website. We also optimised their YouTube channel to attract more viewers and repurposed the videos into blog posts, squeezing every drop of value out of them.
Our next step will be to implement a third-party AI-powered helper onto Luxury Care’s website. This chatbot will answer visitor questions about their services, share helpful resources, and connect them directly with staff for consultations or tours. It's a win-win: visitors get instant support, and staff have more time to spend on providing residents with high-quality care.
