Terms & Conditions — Free Photoshoot Offer

1. Eligibility
This offer applies to clients who purchase a new website design and development package from Bespoke 4 Business Marketing Limited. The photoshoot is provided free of charge as part of this package and is not redeemable for cash or as a discount on other services.

2. Photoshoot Duration & Scope
The complimentary photoshoot includes up to 2 hours of on-site photography at one location chosen by the client. Additional time or multiple locations may incur extra charges.

3. Location & Travel
The free on-site photoshoot is available within a 25-mile radius of BH17.
Travel beyond this distance will incur a mileage fee of £0.65 per mile (round trip) or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Locations requiring special access, permits, or parking fees must be arranged or covered by the client.

4. Scheduling & Availability
The photoshoot must be scheduled within 3 months of the website project start date, subject to photographer availability.
At least 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; less notice may result in forfeiture of the free shoot.

5. Deliverables
Clients will receive professionally edited digital images suitable for web use (number of images to be confirmed, typically 15–25).
High-resolution versions or extended editing can be provided at additional cost.

6. Usage Rights
Clients receive full usage rights for the images for marketing, website, and social media use.
Bespoke 4 Business Marketing Limited retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Non-Transferable
This offer is non-transferable and only valid for the business or individual purchasing the website. It cannot be exchanged, shared, or redeemed separately from the website package.

8. Offer Validity
This promotional offer is available for qualifying website projects booked before May 31st 2026. Bespoke 4 Business Marketing Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
