We’re expanding rapidly, and we want a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help take our client campaigns to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Create, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn
• Plan and run PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to maximise ROI
• Work closely with our PPC and Social Media teams to deliver integrated strategies
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and clients
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis and competitor reviews
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new features and best practices

About You

• 2–3+ years’ experience managing paid performance campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
• Confident across Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on results
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and conversions (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Ads Manager, etc.)
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong reporting skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
• Creative flair for ad copy and campaign ideas
