Established in 2008, DMA Property Solutions provide a wide range of property care services for both commercial and residential clients across Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. Their expertise includes plumbing, heating, refurbishments, renewable technology, and M&E contracting.
In March 2024, DMA came to b4b looking to boost their online presence and drive growth. We achieved this by building them a brand-new website, providing a full suite of digital marketing services, and capturing high-quality media assets for use across multiple platforms. Read on for a look at what we've achieved so far!
We began by working with the DMA team to understand their vision for the new website. They were looking for a site that covered all their services, was easy to use, and reflected the company's core values - and we made sure to deliver on all fronts.
We built the new site to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, while maintaining a visually appealing design that stays true to DMA's brand. It features a sleek, modern design with their signature blue colour palette and media assets we created, including an auto-playing video on the homepage. The result is a perfect balance of style and usability, providing visitors with a great experience whether they’re exploring services or requesting a free quote.
To help DMA’s website reach their audience, we conducted in-depth keyword research to understand what their potential customers were searching for. We then used these keywords to optimise the content carried over from their old site, while also adding fresh, SEO-friendly copy that provides visitors with all the information they need about DMA’s services. This included a new case studies section to showcase past successes and build trust.
On the technical side, we made sure the site was fully optimised for SEO by improving things like crawlability, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and more, giving it the best chance to rank well in search engines.
We also explored paid advertising. This involved setting up a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign aimed at both domestic and commercial users, as well as a Local Service Ads campaign focused on homeowners. By carefully tracking and adjusting these campaigns, we were able to reach the right people and generate a lot of traffic to DMA's website.
We took charge of DMA's social media, writing posts, designing eye-catching graphics, and engaging with the community through comments. We posted strategically to reach the most people and adjusted our strategy as needed to replicate our most successful posts.
Finally, we joined the client at various project sites to capture high-quality visuals for their case studies. We videoed the DMA team for interviews, shot close-up photos of their work in progress, and even used a drone to capture aerial views of their completed projects. These media assets showcased DMA's expertise and provided a valuable resource for both their website and their social media
Since launching in March 2024, the new site has attracted over 6,500 new users and generated almost 200 conversions, bringing in a lot of new business for DMA - just what we were aiming for!
