Refreshing a Long-Standing Telecoms Brand for the Digital Age

Town & Country Communications is one of the South’s most established business telecommunications and IT providers. For more than a decade, they’ve trusted b4b as their digital partner for their website, SEO, media, and social media. As their services grew and their audience expanded, they needed a new website and refreshed branding that better reflected their strong market position and the personality of the three brothers behind the business: Lee, Jacey and Karl.

In 2025, Town & Country asked us to reinvigorate their website, update their much-loved illustrated characters, and continue our digital marketing strategy. Alongside ongoing SEO and fresh on-site content, we introduced a new wave of social videos. These included everything from practical tips to personality-led clips, and were published across their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels. Each element works together to strengthen their online presence, increase enquiries, and keep the brand front of mind in a competitive telecoms market.

The Challenge

Town & Country Communications has been a trusted partner for businesses across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire for over 30 years. The Solution

The Results

The redesigned website and joined-up marketing activity have already delivered strong, measurable improvements for Town & Country. It's strengthened their visibility online and helped them compete confidently with larger national providers.

  • One third of the target keywords rank in the top 3 positions on Google.
  • No. 2 position for “telephone systems Dorset”.
