Hospitality Rewards approached b4b with a clear vision: to become the first employee benefit platform tailored exclusively for the hospitality sector. Their goal was to provide members with vital support for their health and wellbeing, enable savings on everyday goods and services, and make leisure time more affordable. To achieve this, the client required a minimum viable product (MVP) that could be launched to validate the concept and gather user feedback.
The new Hospitality Rewards platform required both a website and an app that were fully integrated and user-friendly to maximise member engagement and usage. Delivering this MVP therefore required several collaborative meetings to identify and agree upon key functionalities and design preferences. Following these discussions, b4b developed a prototype to demonstrate the core concepts and validate the project’s direction before full development began.
