
Introduction
Hospitality Rewards approached b4b with a clear vision: to become the first employee benefit platform tailored exclusively for the hospitality sector. Their goal was to support member wellbeing, offer savings on everyday goods and services, and make leisure time more affordable.
To validate their concept, b4b initially delivered a minimum viable product (MVP) in the form of a fully integrated website and mobile app. Since then, b4b has continued its partnership with Hospitality Rewards, launching phase two in June 2025 - a series of advanced upgrades and brand enhancements aimed at driving platform growth, improving user experience, and solidifying Hospitality Rewards’ place as the leading benefits platform in the sector.
This first challenge was to design and develop an integrated website and app that were simple to use, visually engaging, and effective at encouraging regular member engagement. The platform needed to support multiple user types - employees, employers, and administrators - whilst enabling dynamic content management and tier-based access to perks.
After the successful launch and strong adoption of the MVP, the focus shifted to evolving the platform to support long-term growth and brand development. b4b and Hospitality Rewards began collaborating on a second phase of work that would elevate the user experience, introduce more advanced features like voucher integrations, and visually reposition the brand.
This next stage of development also involved redefining the website as a dedicated marketing tool (rather than a parallel platform), introducing richer content management controls, and enhancing the app’s usability to better serve a growing and diverse membership base.

Since its launch, Hospitality Rewards has grown into a thriving platform supporting over 100 businesses and 14,000 members. The platform’s strong uptake validated the initial concept and proved the market’s demand for a dedicated benefits service within hospitality.
b4b continues to work closely with Hospitality Rewards, delivering ongoing improvements and preparing for further expansion. With a strong foundation, refreshed brand, and continuously evolving feature set, Hospitality Rewards is well-positioned to remain the leading employee benefit platform in the hospitality industry.
