As one of Dorset’s leading digital marketing agencies, we design and build websites and software applications, as well as manage the online marketing for a large number of clients across Dorset and further afield. To help achieve our goals and ambitions, we’re looking for another super savvy SEO specialist to join our Marketing team.

You will be passionate about all things SEO and a fount of knowledge when it comes to keywords, robots, algorithms and Google. Working alongside our team of marketing & SEO specialists, you will help to advise our account managers and content writers on the best SEO strategy to deliver results.

Tasks:

  • Conduct in-depth on-page / technical SEO audits to improve SEO performance on client websites
  • Perform keyword research in conjunction with client business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Devise and communicate SEO strategies to account managers
  • Research & investigate website performance in detail
  • Provide ongoing SEO analysis and recommendations on elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Advise on link building campaigns to meet client SEO goals
  • Monitor and manage web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and identify key areas for improvement/change
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Keep team and management up-to-date on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Continuous monitoring of client SEO performance, reporting findings back to the team
  • Manage the Google & Bing properties of all clients
  • Keep pace with the latest changes and developments in the SEO, social media and internet marketing industry and successfully convert those learnings into opportunities for clients and new SEO projects

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to fluently write and speak in English is essential (the ability to speak / write another foreign language would be an advantage)
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of SEO including technical SEO
  • 5+ years working in SEO role either in-house or agency
  • Experience with a variety of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Trends, GTM, GSC)
  • Working knowledge of Google optimize
  • Understanding of GA4 implementation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Inquisitive nature & a passion for research
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident across Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of different aspects of online marketing including PPC and Display would be an advantage

With previous agency experience, our new Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, with a particular focus on SEO, PPC, content, web development, email marketing, social media, PR, design and print. Here at b4b marketing, we design and manage the websites and ongoing marketing activity for a number of the South's leading businesses. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for another versatile, quick-thinking and creative Copywriter / Content Creator to join us.

You’ll be responsible for delivering written content for websites, social media pages, blogs, flyers, and other advertising materials. You’ll be someone that will enjoy getting to know our clients to really understand their business objectives and their target audiences, so you can deliver interesting, clever, fun, and unique content.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the written word and shaping exquisite copy that’s typo-free, grammatically correct, and shouts out 'read me'! Perfect English is a must.

As you'll be writing predominantly for websites, a good understanding of SEO is desirable but not essential as we will offer you training courses and you’ll get to work with our technical SEO specialists to learn all about implementing content audits on websites, as well as recommending content strategies and keeping a watchful eye on Google rankings.

To help achieve our goals, we’re looking for someone to join our Web team to help plan, design, build and support our new websites.

The successful candidate will be someone who’s IT literate and has updated websites before using either WordPress or a custom CMS platform. Maybe you’ve worked in an agency, or you’ve been managing a website in-house before? If you have coding skills using HTML5, CSS and a knowledge of Bootstrap frameworks and Photoshop, so much the better!

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills to keep our team on track, as well as first class customer service skills to ensure our clients are kept up-to-date on their website project.

We’ll train you to be involved in every stage of a website project including the handover from our sales team, meeting with the client, initial planning, design, producing spec documents for our developers, uploading content and imagery, testing and UX.

We offer flexible working with the option to work from home for part of the week and we can offer full-time work or part-time with hours to suit. A full driving licence and own vehicle is a must.
