Here at b4b marketing, we design and manage the websites and ongoing marketing activity for a number of the South's leading businesses and we’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team.

You will be passionate about all things SEO and a fount of knowledge when it comes to keywords, robots, algorithms and Google. Working alongside our team of marketing specialists, you will help to advise our account managers and content writers on the best SEO strategy to deliver results.

Tasks:

  • Conduct in-depth on-page / technical SEO audits to improve SEO performance on client websites
  • Perform keyword research in conjunction with client business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Devise and communicate SEO strategies to account managers
  • Provide ongoing SEO analysis and recommendations on elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Advise on link building campaigns to meet client SEO goals
  • Monitor and manage web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and identify key areas for improvement/change
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Keep team and management up-to-date on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Continuous monitoring of client SEO performance, reporting findings back to the team
  • Manage the Google & Bing properties of all clients
  • Be the go-to person in the agency for all SEO queries
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
     

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of SEO including technical SEO
  • 5+ years working in SEO role
  • Experience with a variety of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SE Ranking, GTM, GSC)
  • Working knowledge of Google optimize
  • Understanding of GA4 implementation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident across Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in either an agency or client-side SEO role
  • Knowledge of different aspects of online marketing including PPC and Display would be an advantage

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, with a particular focus on SEO, PPC, content, web development, email marketing, social media, PR, design and print. An individual with the ability to manage multiple projects, combined with strong organisational and communication skills, will thrive within this role.

We’re looking for someone to help drive business growth through best in class client and account management and to help develop proactive account plans and strategies in order to meet client retention and budget targets. As a marketing expert, with agency experience, you will identify, propose, up-sell and implement the most appropriate campaigns, projects or solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and co-ordinate day-to-day tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their overall business objectives and update them regularly on campaign aims, tasks undertaken and results
  • Work closely with our internal teams to set monthly tasks on each account and ensure a cohesive approach to client management

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Account Manager & wider team to manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Day-to-day client communication - emails, calls
  • Help to produce documents, presentations, proposals and tenders
  • Contribute to strategies and reports
  • Create project/campaign briefs
  • Attending client meetings with Senior Account Manager
  • Arrange meetings / video calls / Teams meetings
  • Take notes to distribute to wider team
  • Ensure tasks are booked in and have a due date
  • Carry out project management duties such as web refreshes & campaigns (seasonal, special offers etc)
  • Relay information to and chase information from clients

Requirements of the role:

Here at b4b marketing, we design and manage the websites and ongoing marketing activity for a number of the South's leading businesses and we’re looking for another experienced Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team.

You will play a key role in helping to shape and deliver engaging social campaigns for clients within a variety of industries.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram and be able to demonstrate experience of managing these networks outside of your own personal use for a variety of businesses/clients. You will be confident advising clients on the latest trends and best practice across social, content and inbound marketing, as well as using Facebook pixel and managing paid social ads.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar agency role or will have worked in-house managing social accounts.

Tasks:

  • Work with clients and internal account management teams to help deliver monthly social content calendars on behalf of our clients that meet their business objectives
  • Design, maintain and monitor client content and social media profiles
