New Website Design for Key Drummond Estate Agents

Key Drummond is a well-known estate agent with several sales and lettings offices across Poole, Dorset. When it came time to freshening up their brand and online presence, they approached b4b for our help. Our web design team suggested a new website design that would give their brand a more impactful online presence.

It was also important to the client that their existing property API could be supported by a new website; our team are highly experienced with integrating APIs for estate agents’ websites, having worked with a number of agents with similar requirements over the years.

Our team developed a sleek, modern website design in collaboration with the client, incorporating their brand colours of green and gold. As Key Drummond market multi-million-pound properties, it was important they were showcased in the best way possible. We, therefore, focused on high quality, impactful, full-page imagery to really show off the properties and grab user attention.

As an estate agency proud of their location near to the prestigious area of Sandbanks, they were keen to make it an integral part of the website, so we used drone footage of the local area as the background of the homepage to make an instant impact and show listing locations in the best possible light.

As with the majority of websites for estate agents, they require integrating with a property API (Application Programming Interface) which is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. In the case of Key Drummond, we designed the website around their existing property API, so the client did not lose out on any functionality in the transfer.

In order to really sell the stunning properties on the market with Key Drummond, we ensured the appearance of the listings was comprehensive to give potential buyers a real insight. This included floorplans, location maps, street view, video tours, and the ability to download a brochure and request a viewing.

The website is built on our easy to use CMS (content management system) so that the client can easily edit the content, add imagery and manage the site themselves. We offer full CMS training with every b4b website.
