As one of the leading business telecommunications and IT suppliers in the South, Town & Country Communications needed to upgrade from their dated website to a newer platform that reflected their strong market position online.

They chose b4b to develop a new website to boost their online credibility, generate additional enquiries and improve their search engine rankings. A major focus of the brief was to ensure that their unique personality and the high level of personal service they provide was reflected in the design and tone of the website - we definitely delivered here!

Having completed customer, competitor and market research & analysis, b4b’s expert web designers created a professional yet fun new site by combining a simple blue and white colour scheme with a curvy page layout rather than the usual straight lines.

To capture the visitor as soon as they land on the home page, our creative team implemented a moving image banner advertising Town & Country’s unique selling points to instantly draw the eye.

They also designed clickable graphics to showcase key services, simplifying the user journey and encouraging site exploration.

The content for each individual page was created to be as useful and engaging for the customer as possible with the aim of driving them to complete the desired action. The on-site content was optimised to contain the keywords and phrases our team identified to improve Town & Country’s search engine rankings.

SEO and social media

Our ongoing SEO and social media marketing efforts continue to generate a healthy stream of new users to the website, driving further valuable enquiries and conversions. Google rankings continue to climb month on month thanks to new content, case studies and blogs being added to the website, along with continual updates to meta titles and descriptions.

We post regularly on social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn - and are able to portray Town & Country’s unique personality and service in a fun and engaging way - this is a vital reason why their clients choose them over competitors. We also manage regular competitions on social media on behalf of Town & Country to increase their reach, engagement and to position them as the number one choice for business communications in Dorset.


It’s often much easier to explain a service or convey a message using video. A powerful tool and great for social media, the Town & Country team were all too happy to get in front of the camera and share their top tips and information about their service for existing and potential clients.


As part of their unique branding, we also designed a range of quirky and eye-catching caricatures and scenarios for use on the website and social media that help them stand out from the crowd - this was very important to them!
