Asbury Heating has been the South’s go-to choice for commercial heating services since 1962. They provide a full suite of installation, maintenance, and repair services to help companies meet all their HVAC needs.
Asbury first came to b4b looking to reach more local customers with a complete online makeover. We did this by building them a brand-new website, supporting it with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click ads (PPC), taking care of their social media, and creating high-quality visuals to tie it all together. Asbury’s original website was looking increasingly outdated, and it wasn't keeping pace with their growing focus on commercial services. This shift was the perfect springboard for a modern upgrade.
We built a sleek, contemporary new website using WordPress, which went live in October 2023. The new site features super-fast load times, an easier-to-navigate design, and clear signposting, making it much easier for potential customers to find the information they need and get in touch.
We designed a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost the new site's visibility and attract more potential customers. This included creating fresh content like service pages, blog posts, and targeted sector pages. We also tackled the technical side, such as optimising the site with markups and schemas for better search engine understanding.
We wanted to make sure they could be found locally, so we updated their map listings and set up a Google My Business account showcasing their new headquarters.
We created engaging social media posts for both Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, showcasing Asbury’s expertise and building brand personality. This included customer testimonials highlighting their excellent service and behind-the-scenes glimpses of their team's hard work on projects. We also launched strategic paid social media ads to target specific demographics and business types, making sure their message reached the ideal audience for their services.
Our media production team captured high-quality photos and videos to showcase Asbury’s capabilities. This included:
- On-site content that showed their team in action, demonstrating their professionalism and expertise when working on their clients’ premises.
- Professional headshots for the website’s ‘Meet the Team’ page, taken in our in-house studio. These helped build trust and create a strong team image.
Finally, we set up Local Service Ads on Google. This made sure Asbury appeared prominently in local search results when potential clients searched for commercial heating services. These ads directly connected them with leads who were actively looking for their services, maximising their chance of converting them into paying customers.
The new site launch was a success, with Asbury seeing a huge jump in traffic across all channels – in one 90-day period, website visits more than doubled compared to the previous year! This surge in interest translated into plenty of leads, conversions, and growth, and it shows no signs of slowing down soon.
