With over 50 years of experience of selling multi-million-pound properties in and around the prestigious Sandbanks area of Poole in Dorset, Tailor Made is a well-known and well-respected estate agency. They approached b4b marketing to take their online presence to the next level – they needed a fresh new website that would showcase their properties and reflect their brand.

With property listings located in such a high-value area, we needed to make sure that the website reflected this feeling of luxury. Clean, crisp imagery was used for staff profiles and locations throughout the website design to inspire prestige and professionalism.
To capture the attention of visitors to the website right from the start, we used aerial video footage of Sandbanks beach as a background on the home page. This immediately gave the website a more luxurious feel.

As the most important pages of the website, our design team paid close attention to the layout of the property listings. Multiple images of the property can be viewed and enlarged, alongside at-a-glance features lists and a more detailed description.
We also included details of the local areas that Tailor Made cover across Poole. The majority of their clients are out-of-area so Tailor Made wanted to provide area guides to offer insight into the location where they might be purchasing their new property.

As with most estate agency websites, we built the site to integrate with the client’s property API (Application Programming Interface) which is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other.
With Tailor Made, we designed the website around their JET property API. This enables them to have their properties featured on their website as well as other property portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket, without the need to upload them all separately saving them time and administration.
