With help from the website, content, social media and paid search engine marketing, Chalet Heavenly was fully booked in its first season.
With picture-postcard views over the French Alps, a cosy and contemporary interior as well as impressive facilities, creating a brand identity for Chalet Heavenly was a fantastic project for our design team to work on.
They met with the client to hear their plans and ideas and, in conjunction with them, created a beautiful new brand using a cherub as part of the logo along with a cursive font. This was then carried through into the web design.
To showcase the stunning exterior, interior and facilities, we used large, high-definition imagery of the chalet and the surrounding area to draw attention to major selling points. Every aspect of the website was designed with luxury in mind - including fonts that were specifically selected to convey this.
As the focus of the website was to be lead generation, we ensured that visitors could easily enquire via a quick contact form in the sidebar of every subpage.
Our copywriting team were tasked with creating engaging copy for other sections of the website including details on the local area, the service, pricing and availability.
We also showcase testimonials from previous guests - important for giving future guests confidence that they are making a great choice to spend their Winter ski break at Chalet Heavenly.
Since going live, the site has attracted over 7,500 visitors and attained a low bounce rate of just 46% indicating that once landed on the site, visitors are interested in finding out more.
As the client was looking for instant results and bookings to get the business up and running as soon as possible, we suggested that PPC or a Google Ads campaign would be the best place to start.
Our expert team created a campaign to capture visitors looking for luxury ski breaks to France. This gave Chalet Heavenly an immediate presence on page 1 of Google.
Alongside the Google Ads campaign, we are also retained to implement SEO on the site. By adding new content via blogs, testimonials, imagery and new pages full of rich copy, we have been able to achieve a number of high Google rankings to increase traffic to the site.
Having identified Facebook and Instagram as the most beneficial social media platforms due to the image-heavy content we wanted to promote, we set up brand new pages for Chalet Heavenly and we post engaging, beautiful content every week.
Thanks to this we are continuing to build the followers on both social platforms and have also received comments from well-known influencers and celebrities including a UK pop star!
We also use Facebook to generate booking enquiries, which we manage on behalf of the client. This has resulted in a number of bookings being placed from skiing enthusiasts in the UK and abroad. The chalet’s first season in 2019/20 was fully booked.
