We were commissioned by The Ashfield Partnership to design and create their new website and help them define their brand identity.
The Ashfield Partnership, comprising the Ashfield Estate, C G Fry, Morrish Homes and Wyatt Homes, needed help showcasing their vision of building communities and creating a legacy in the Romsey area with a new identity and website.
Tim Knatchbull, the custodian of the Ashfield Estate, was being approached by volume housebuilders, land dealers, and planning consultants who were making offers to secure parcels of his land around Romsey. Tim decided to find a way to bring about new development in which he could take pride and provide for future generations and so the Ashfield Partnership was formed.
The main role of the new website was to become a platform where they could share relevant information on upcoming developments as well as field all enquiries and responses from the local community.
As the newly formed Ashfield partnership didn't have an identity, we were commissioned to create a new brand and logo.
One of the important aspects of the design was that it needed to work alongside the current Ashfield Estate logo and it would also have to appeal to the modern partnership they had created.
The three leaves represent the 3 developers who make up the Partnership and it was requested that we create a shape which symbolised unity.
The new website was designed to showcase the work of both the Estate and the Partnership.
Large images contrast with clean white spaces to provide a clear and user-friendly experience. It was important that we could easily link to documents because the Partnership frequently shares information amongst stakeholders relating to community consultations, timelines and design codes.
We developed the website on our custom CMS platform. One of the benefits of our custom CMS is that it can grow with your business and allows you to integrate additional APIs and add modules as and when you need them.
Another is that you won't require in-depth training, the editing options available to each user can be fully customised to ensure quick and easy use by any staff member.
As part of our monthly marketing for the Ashfield Partnership, we are undertaking a search engine optimisation (SEO) campaign to ensure that the website is found by Google, and most importantly their desired audience, for their target keywords.
We also conduct a range of web updates to make sure the imagery, look and feel of the website is kept fresh and up-to-date.
