This week b4b marketing has donated face masks to three local charities and will donate 10% of proceeds from clients ordering masks as part of their business' return to work safety measures.
The latest Government advice that came into effect on the 13th May 2020, suggests that people wear face coverings on public transport, shops and places where social distancing is not possible. The reusable masks supplied by b4b promotions help to slow the spread of germs and diseases, without impacting essential medical grade PPE supplies needed for frontline workers.
“Our clients are keen to get their staff back to work at the right time and with the right safety measures in place.” says Anthony Tilley, managing director of b4b Promotions. “We’ve added branded face masks to our range and we’re shipping out to clients daily. As a Poole based business, we wanted to give local charities masks to help them keep supporting the people they care for and we will continue to give 10% of proceeds to them for every order taken.”
50 masks have been delivered to Dorset Children’s Foundation shops in Boscombe, Pokesdown and Southbourne to help their charity shop workers preparing to return to work and for their delivery drivers, so that they can continue to take over 200 ‘bags of happiness’ to the families of local sick and disabled children living in total isolation.
50 adult and children’s masks were donated to Ashley’s Birthday Bank charity for families that have financial difficulties, are living in poverty, or experiencing violence or neglect.
50 masks were also given to the Poole Hospital Heroes charity that is supporting hospital workers with gifts to boost their morale at a time when they are faced with long hours and time away from their families and loved ones. The masks in adult and children’s sizes will help workers start to re-connect with people, whilst protecting their health.
