Because we recognise that we work in an ever-changing industry, we attend regular conferences and have two hours per week of training time. Keeping our skills sharp is the best way to each develop as professionals and stay ahead of the competition.
Ours is a culture of support, personal grown and development, and working hard but having a great time while doing it! As a team, we socialise outside of work and attend regular company events. We’re friends as well as colleagues, and we believe that’s what helps us to work so brilliantly together.
