Teamworks is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape
Navigator 4.0 and above on both the PC and Macintosh desktop platform.
For access to the administrative areas of the application we recommend
the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above.
Help Function
Teamworks has a comprehensive help function that users can reference
from any point from within each 'instance'. This includes a search
function that will answer most queries and FAQs users may have whilst
using the application.
Online Support
Teamworks also offers online support to our technical support engineers
during working hours if your query cannot be answered via the online
help function. The response time on most queries will be instantaneous
through the browser interface. Obviously some technical issues can
relate to your equipment and your Internet connection and our technical
support is limited to issues relating to our software and servers
only.
Handbook
Teamworks comes with a user manual that can be downloaded as a Word
document or in PDF format. These documents are accessible from a
live site.

Teamworks is hosted on leading edge technology from the Interhouse
Internet Data Centre located in London Docklands. Further information
