The Virtual Team Skills Programme is a
two day event that enables participants to understand the demands
of working in Virtual Teams. These include skills such as flexibility,
tolerance of pressure and management of time, space and conflict.
Participants learn to manage themselves, use their authority to take

regardless of their perceived status in the organisation.
