The Virtual Team Skills Programme is a two day event that enables participants to understand the demands of working in Virtual Teams. These include skills such as flexibility, tolerance of pressure and management of time, space and conflict. Participants learn to manage themselves, use their authority to take responsibility when appropriate based on their expertise and abilities, regardless of their perceived status in the organisation.

The programme empowers organisations and individuals within them to adopt a holistic approach to business through virtual working methods. It will enhance individuals' output, performance and development with a variety of New World approaches that are beneficial both in a business environment and in the wider social field.
